We ask patients to do this as it makes life easier for you – you don’t have to call us when we send you a reminder text and you can get the best appointment time for you. It also means that you get your regular dental check-up (hopefully you are having a regular hygiene visit as well) and deal with any dental problem before it becomes a bigger issue.
We know that something may crop up and you will need to re-schedule the appointment, but that’s fine, we’re happy to organise that for you.
